Short Bio

I am the son of German, Italian, Lebanese, and Usonian migrants that crossed paths in Mexico City; it was there where I was born and raised. I believe that it was the nomadic drive of my family that made me migrate back to the US and expand the journey of my family.

At this point in my practice, my creative work involves photography, sound, video, sculpture, language, text, and design.

I hold a BFA in Film from Centro de Estudios en Ciencias de la Comunicación (CECC - Mexico City), and an AA in Photography from Escuela Activa de Fotografía (EAF - Mexico City), and an MFA from Cal State University Long Beach.

Currently, I live in Detroit and reside physically, emotionally, and intellectually between three states: California, Mexico, and Michigan.
